Refunds
Because Property Intel reports are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are final once a report has been completed and delivered. If we are unable to generate a report for a requested address due to insufficient public data coverage, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests related to report accuracy or content should be submitted to info@propertyintelligence.tech within 7 days of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Section-Level Data Availability
Property Intel reports cover all 45 sections through a combination of automated data sources and manual operator research. Occasionally, a section’s data genuinely cannot be located for a specific property — even after a genuine research effort. When that happens, we will issue a prorated partial refund for that section, calculated as your total report price divided by 45 sections. This applies uniformly across all 45 sections regardless of whether the data was expected to come from an automated source or manual research.
